Been needing access to water on the North and South side of house for some time. I called for an estimate, Moe came out that afternoon, got a good estimate and he was able to complete the work within hours even with calling for additional piping supplies. Really liked that he didn't have to come back, the helpful attitude and ability to tailor the spigots to include a valve for a future sprinkler system. Very well done, very fast, very professional, and very pleasant to work with.

Signed up for priority club membership Cleared clogged drain line Completed system maintainance All systems checks and ops are ok at this time Filter needs to be replaced Recommended eztrap Recommended Airscrubber plus
Completed diagnostic Roaches in wise tstat. Replaced tstat Tested ops, all ops ok
replaced (2 )washing machines valves hot and cold with new hoses tested everything working ok,
installed new components and chemically clean heat rejection system ,system is operational,
installed minor rebuild on down stairs bathroom.
Arrived to find failed 50/5 mfd capacitor at outdoor heat pump, replaced part and tested operation.
Installed new Toto round front toilet with wood seat and new supply line and wax ring and bolts Caulked base Installed new kholer goose neck kitchen sink faucet
found Toilet clogged, augered cleared stoppage.
Installed new 1/2 hsp garbage disposal under kitchen sink Filled and tested sink and dishwasher No leaks and drains great
Had to pull burner assembly out and clean inside filter and outside filters. Also limit switch was tripped Re-installed burner Also did a drain and flush of water heater as well Filled back up and bled air out of system
Upon arrival completed a work in progress, which included replacing a 40.5 and a 10.0 voltage absorption systems and a electrical overload protector as well in the heat pump system. Checked operations of the heat pump system in the cooling mode, unit is working fine at this time.
Installed 50gal electric water heater in attic w/ expansion tank. Installed (2) 3/4 mixing valves. Waited for both water heaters to reach max hot before adjusting mixing valve. Checked temp in different locations multiple times.
install 2 out side faucet with with 2 1/2 ball valve and for both side of that house also install 3/4 ball valve
minor rebuild also replace valve for wc in hb note wc need to be rest
